About Red Glasses

Helping People Feel Seen, Understood and Supported

Red Glasses Neurodevelopmental Services was created to make autism and ADHD assessment feel more human, personal and meaningful. Our nurse-led team combines professional expertise with lived experience, taking time to understand the person behind the referral rather than treating assessment as a checklist.

Based in Southport and supporting people across the UK and Ireland, we work with children, young people and adults who are looking for greater clarity about how they experience the world.

A More Human Approach to Assessment

We know that seeking an autism or ADHD assessment can come with uncertainty, unanswered questions and sometimes a long period of waiting for clarity. Our role is to make that experience feel considered, respectful and easier to navigate.

At Red Glasses, we take a person-centred approach that gives individuals and families space to share their experiences without feeling rushed. Clinical understanding matters, but so does the way people are treated throughout the process.

That means listening carefully, communicating clearly and helping each person leave with a better understanding of themselves, their needs and the support that may be helpful next.
